Sub-Lime Media was started by Steve Gardner and Mark Samouilhan in 1999 and to date has produced digital media solutions for many clients both localy and Internationally. The combination of Steve from a background of Architecture and advertising, and Mark from a background in Finance, Business and Print, produced a foundation that has proved its self over time.

Sub-Lime Media never set out to be all things to all clients but rather focused on producing the right solution for each client. This goal is unattainable if volumes are necessary so the team has remained lean and only expands when necessary. Expansion is handled through established relationships with contractors and industry specialists. The current team is made up of the partners, two full-time developers, three contractors and a number of specific industry consultants. This model has enabled the company to capitalise on the booms and weather the storms since its inception in 1999.

Much of what we see today passing as new-media is the old media transposed into a digital format. We recognise this as a symptom of the relative newness of the technology and applaud those organisations who have stepped out and embraced this new medium with varying degrees of success. We believe it is time to move on. We need to recognise what the new technology has to offer and apply these new features to business models, transactions and communications in order to achieve better efficiencies of scale and scope.
